who may be at risk. Carry out a Risk Assessment and

Inform your employees of the findings of
the Substance and Risk Assessments emphasising the
importance of the control measures in place. |

No. COSHH is an ongoing process. You must
re-assess in the event of any changes that could
significantly increase risk. Review remaining assessments
at intervals of approximately 12 months. |
