CIEH Level 2 Award in HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Health
and Safety in the Workplace aims
to provide employees with an understanding of health and safety understanding
to enable them to contribute to any health and
safety management system.
This course assumes no
prior knowledge of health and safety and is suitable for operating
staff who can directly influence the company's
safety performance by their own act or ommission.
The
course also provides managers with an
overview of the legal responsibilities of employers and
employees under UK health and safety legislation.
Examination: candidates are assessed by a short objective
test consisting of 30 multi-choice questions.
Oral tests are available to ensure that candidates with
learning difficulties or disabilities can also access the
training and achieve success.
Successful candidates are awarded the CIEH Level 2 Award in Health &
Safety in the Workplace certificate.
