CONSTRUCTION,
DESIGN & MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1994

This
course looks at the implications imposed by the CDM
Regulations on all those involved in the construction
project, including the roles and responsibilities of
Client, Designer, Planning Supervisor, Principle
Contractor and Contractor, and how those responsibilities
may be discharged.
On completion of this course, delegates will fully
comprehend the various roles and associated
responsibilities under CDM and will have an understanding
of the principles of a 'Safety Plan' and a 'Method
Statement'.
This
course is suitable for those responsible for safety
during the planning and actual construction or demolition
of buildings, i.e. Maintenance Managers, Building
Contractors, Administration Managers and Directors of
projects.
